sometimes people hang flags.
It would have been difficult not to make this project. the sudden sense of pride in a country. Flags propping up everywhere, on cars hanging from windows and even on the packaging of mars bars.every day in the paper you would here news of huge flags being hung in certain places, whole roads covered with red and white and a flag hung on 10 downing st.
Unfortunately the majority of these flags are now gone and i suspect that they wont see the light of day for four years.
Looking back on the images, the flags always looked disposable and temporary such as the ones trapped in windows.
